Well, so much for celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Exterminator just left with the news it's going to cost $1,100 to get rid of the subterranean termites that came back after 4 years. *sigh* Here's what to look for when they "swarm" usually in springtime..............so be aware and warned!
