Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.......

Sorry haven't been posting much as a lot of festivities to go to and a lot of traditions to keep going here.
Hope you each had a great Christmas Day.......I did.......

2 month checkup 12/11/07

Our baby granddaughter ready for her 1st shots in the doc's office this morning.
24 inches and 13lbs 6 ounces
She probably won't be smiling afterwards! :-o

Medical Care

The difference in medical care in El Centro vs. San Diego is astronomically different. Am speaking of time, quality and patient caring. Unbelievably different.

Dad was up here for a CT Scan at Scripps La Jolla ........2:30 appt. and we were out of the hospital by 3:07!!!!!!!! Amazing compared to El Centro where they are so inefficient you hate to even have to go to the hospital for this stuff.

Grands were over tonight and leaving tomorrow for Modesto for the 4 day weekend. I will miss them terribly.
Just when we think things are settling in, something else happens to make us "on edge." Surgery next for Dad.

Nothing in the house says "Christmas" yet. *sigh*
